We had an enjoyable stay in our nicely furnished room with kitchen. There was a huge variety of tasty meals.

Even though everything was excellent, some of the staff were very rude.

The hotel was well-kept with outstandingly accommodating personnel. Favourable location of the property to a neighborhood which makes it quiet.

The bed was very uncomfortable, that's my bad luck.

The place is little and perfectly clean. The hotel provides a great service. Pool area is clean, really enjoyed this place. The location of the property is favourable, so close to downtown, the deserts of the South Plains and the fitness center.

The bed was comfortable and the TV in the room was nice. The hotel was in a convenient location, close to key attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was good, with the option to have custom-made eggs.

One disappointment was the pool area, which was often crowded with neighborhood kids who were sneaking in. They were loud and disruptive, jumping and splashing the hotel guests in the hot tub.

It had enjoyable and marvellous location, really close to Seminole as well as the center of downtown. The very welcoming and polite staff was much appreciated.

Centrally located with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Pleasant surprise with a simple breakfast that had everything needed. Clean rooms upon arrival. Spacious and nice room. Helpful kitchen staff in maintaining a clean environment.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus for a family graduation ceremony. The location was perfect, with easy access to gas stations and restaurants. The breakfast was surprisingly good, providing everything you need to start your day off right. The rooms were clean upon arrival and the kitchen facilities were a nice unexpected bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and even provided fresh baked cookies and lemonade in the lobby during our stay.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The breakfast offered good choice of awesome meals. Location: the hotel was just off the center. I randomly popped in Southern Rose Cafe serving some pastries, located a 10-15 minute walk from the venue, it was nice.
